Sunday's Stitchy Update...

Hello everyone... I would like to say HI to my new followers!  Thanks for checking me out and becoming one of my followers.  Hope everyone in the U.S. had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had a great day full of family time, game, movies and of course WAY TO MUCH FOOD!

I even managed to get in some stitching

this week and I have a finish - yay :)

look like in the end when we first started it.

I started this one for the Cross Stitch Challenge in 2012 and then added it to my list again in 2013 and am very happy to say it will NOT be included on my 2014 Challenge List!  I took the liberty of changing one of the lines from "Pick up your towel" to "Wash your hands" as it seems we say that approximately one million times per week in this house!

This is my progress as of 11/24/13.

I have just started the final section tonight so I hope to try and get some stitching done on it tomorrow.

Sunday's Stitchy Update...

Hi all!  Hope everyone has been stitching away...

I have been stitching a little but I am seriously out of my Dinosaur rotation right now; just don't feel like looking at all that BLUE right now so I am taking a little break and hope to be back at it soon!

First up - I received this little freebie from

Virginia Sanders-Knutson on her FaceBook page.

She is the owner of Vee and Co Cross Stitch.

This is called To Do List.

I already had the fabric laying around

that I bought from Dove Stitch last year.

I also "was" caught up on Mary's Sampler

from Plum Street Samplers.

A new part came out today and I

think I may stitch it up tomorrow.

Also last week I picked up one of my

long forgotten WIPs and stitched some of it.

This is Bathtime Rules from Janlynn.

It is so colorful and I am enjoying it so

I think I will keep it out for a while longer.

Last but not least...it is TUSAL time!!

Sunday's Stitchy Update...

Hi everyone!

Hope you have had a fantastic week and got to get in a bit of stitching for the October International Hermit and Stitch Weekend.

I managed to get in some stitches...  I started a little of Mary's Sampler from Plum Street Samplers on Wednesday and caught it all up thru today's installment of the SAL.  I had to make a few "executive decisions" and change a couple of colors because I ended up doing it on white fabric so I couldn't see the sheep on the left side or the body of the angel.  Hope everything looks great at the end with the color changes! Anyways...here it is!

I almost forgot - I stitched a little something up on Tuesday that I found buried in my stash.
