My Sunday Stitchy Update 04/18/21

Happy Sunday Everyone! I hope that your week has been a good one! Spring is finally coming so I hope that you are warming up. I am looking forward to summer myself!!

This week I finally have a finish! I thought I would never finish this piece because filling in everything takes forever and it tends to make my mind wander to other things because lets face it; it is boring!

My Sunday Stitchy Update 04/11/21

Happy Sunday Everyone!

I hope that you had a great week! I got my second Pfizer shot this week and am on the 14 day countdown until I am "safe" again. Though I will still wear my mask in public and social distance by as many feet as I can because this virus just doesn't want to go away! Not only is is not leaving it is changing so often that I don't know if a vaccine can really do an effective job! Anyways; enough about that! 

Last week I was stitching on the same piece that I am posting about today; Keep Calm Tea Time but when I was looking at it on Monday I decided to change it up. So I ripped out the tea pot and moved it over and then designed a coffee pot to go next to it. It was not easy going with the ripping out of that teapot and then the black floss against the light fabric. What was I thinking!?!?!?

Now I am at that "filling" in part and that takes about a million stitches and hours! Hope (again) it will be finished next week!

My Sunday Stitchy Update 04/04/21

Hello, hello, hello! 

I hope that everyone had a beautiful Easter and you spent the day doing just what you wanted to do!  Here we just relaxed and binged a bunch of crazy shows on Netflix and did not do much of anything else - just a lazy butt day!

This week in keeping with the coffee and tea theme I had a new start but I couldn't manage to make it a finish but I hope it will be done this week!
