Crafting...

I am still working on the plastic canvas pencil case for Jacob. Doesn't take long to do it...it is just finding the time to work on it!

This is how much I have done so far.


I hope to have it ready to put together this weekend!

Movies and Books!

MOVIES
During the past week the movies we saw were:
1. Night at the Museum Battle of the Smithsonian - love it
2. The Theory of Everything - kinda interesting
3. I Can Do Bad All By Myself - alright but not great
4. Sunshine Cleaning - ok
5. Pregnancy Pact on Lifetime

BOOKS
Last week I read Vanished by Mary McGarry Morris - it was an odd story
I also listened to Back spin by Harlan Coben - it was ok.
This week I am reading John Grisham's Ford County which is a collection of short stories which I am enjoying so far.

During the last 2 weekends we watched a bunch of movies we rented from our local video store. We saw:

BOOKS
Right now I am reading Vanished by Mary McGarry Morris and I am listening to Back spin by Harlan Coben. I am also listening to a Daily Podcast - The Daily Audio Bible which will go thru the Bible chronologically in one year.

2010 WIPs

I currently have many WIPs to complete and I hope to make 2010 the YEAR OF THE FINISH!

I have loads of things started going back quite a few years and need to prioritize these projects and get them finished so I can get some of my millions of "NEW" projects started!

At the moment I am stitching a Snowman ornament kit from Janlyn and I am making my grandson; Jacob a pencil case out of plastic canvas. He LOVES to "write/draw" and is always carrying pens and pencils everywhere he goes. He can't leave the house with out them but he is always losing them...so I thought that Grandma should make him an easy to carry case for him to use.

I am TOTALLY NEW to blogging so please bare with me as I learn and hopfully it (I) will get better as I go.
