My Sunday Stitchy Update

Hi Everyone!

The weather outside is VERY FRIGHTFUL! It is so cold out there that I have NO desire to go out and my grandson missed another day of school because of extreme weather!

This was our temperature Thursday morning

and then it warmed up a couple of degrees
on Friday so they had to go back to school!

I will be over joyed when SPRING finally makes it's appearance!
Only 28 more days to go...

This week I got in quite a few stitches!

I had a new start which
also turned into a finish!
Months SAL - February
Designer - Palko
Finished 02/17/15

Something else that I finished this week
Melvin and His Pal
Finished 02/20/15

and I also stitched a bit on my
Ursula Michael's Snowman SAL
this is the start of my third snowman.

Tomorrow I think I will switch to something else...
I am tired of making snowflakes! LOL

Thanks for taking a peek at my stitching
see ya next week with another faithful update!

This month has been brutal! Our city schools are closed again today after being closed two days last week.
At least we have our stitching while we hibernate and try to stay warm! All of yours is beautiful!

We've had similar frigid temps here, too. I think the coldest it got last week was -12F which was the equivalent of -23F windchill temp. Brrrr!!!

Congrats on your finishes!

Cute finishes!! I agree with stitching something springy. I had to switch before I completely lost my mojo. I am dying for some warm weather!!

Two great finishes! You need to stitch something with palm trees and sunshine.

I can understand why you want to take a break from snowflakes. Your finishes look great though! My DD has missed school due to the severe cold as well.
