Hope everyone is doing great and was able to find time to do some crafting this week.
This week I went to do some sewing (first time since we have been in this house) and discovered one of the plate covers is missing - BOO! So I will try to get to the Sewing and Vacuum store and see if they have the part I need or else I will have to order it from Brother online. But then you know what happens...you browse the Brother website and a new machine just happens to catch your eye - LOL I am by no means a great seamstress but maybe with a new machine I would improve? LOL
Anyways in the meantime, this week I had a quick finish! A couple of months ago I joined the Hands On Design – Well Hello There! Club and I like to stitch it up as soon as it arrives in my mailbox. They are really quick and fun stitches.
Well Hello There!

First Stitch 06/08/17
Last Stitch 06/10/17
I will be gathering all the things I need to finish these
so they can be mounted on the wooden plaque soon!
Today I started the next month's ornament for the
Christmas Ornament SAL I also joined this year.
12 Days of Christmas
Day 6
Six Geese A Laying
Designer - Margaret Sherry
Progress as of 06/11/17
Why did I EVER pick white fabric for these designs? The goose is of
course, mainly white! It makes it a bit of a struggle but I am managing.
This is a great SAL for me because it encourages me to stitch up ornaments for our tree.
If you are interested in taking part or just seeing everyone's ornaments

Thanks for taking a peek at my stitching
see ya next week with another faithful update!

Congrats on the cute finish and start Faith.

I hope you find the missing part for your sewing machine.
I dusted mine off at the weekend as had to do hems on a pair of trousers for a colleague. She is quite short and the legs on the trouser were way too long for her. No pressure for me!!! I did a good job though and was thanked with a lovely bottle of pink wine ;)
Congrats on your June cute little finish. I do love the buttons, they always finish off the designs really nicely. Great progress on the MS too. Good luck with the white! I'm being cheeky here, but it makes a nice change from the blue in the Michigan project :)
It's nice to have the satisfaction of completing a stitch in 2 days! Adorable with the buttons. RJ and I are trying to stitch a Christmas ornament each month for our blog and so far I'm keeping up. I'll check out the SAL, I'm sure I'll find new patterns that I HAVE to have!! Happy Stitching! Mary
Well, I've finally caught up with your blog and have enjoyed reading about and seeing all your stitching over the last year - especially the Dinosaurs.
You've made some good progress on your bigger pieces as well as having lots of smaller finishes. And just how cute are those mini designs with buttons?!
Keep up the good work! :)
What a cute finish....and such a great feeling to be able to have it done so quickly!
That is certainly an adorable finish. As for stitching the white goose on the white fabric, once a little back stitching is added, that goose will pop out much more than you think it will. --Andrea
Love your new finish Faith with the buttons. I love buttons and they really add a lot to stitches. It came out adorable. You are doing great on your goose stitch. Andrea gave you really good advice about some back stitching...it will make it pop! Have a great week. RJ@stitching friends forever
Another cute monthly Faith, I just love those buttons! I'm sure your geese will look great.
Hi Faith!
Love your "Hello June"! It will be fun follow this project!
Nice start on "12Days of Christmas"! How cute your needle minder!
Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog! :) Hugs!
Love your June finish, it's so sweet. Wonderful start on your Christmas ornament. I must start doing some of those myself soon.
Fingers crossed you find the part for your machine. I just recently purchased a new upgraded machine, because I couldn't find the right size bobbins. Seriously. I love June. But this is my Birthday month!
Your little finish with the buttons is so cute. Love it.
Nice progress on the Margaret Sherry piece.
Good luck with your sewing machine.
