My Sunday Stitchy Update 08/05/18

Hi there everyone!

Hope you are keeping cool since most places seem to be having some serious heatwaves here in the US. Today we got up to 106𝆩 F and I just LOVE how WeatherBug described the temperature!

Very hot! ha ha do you think so??

So last week I was working on section two of my Halloween banner and wanted to finish the moon before I moved on.

Scary Night Halloween
Sections Two thru Six
Designer - Stoney Creek
 Moon finished!

Then I started the next and final section.

Section One
Progress as of 08/05/18

Now it is going to be put away because two weeks is enough for one piece! I need to stitch something different. I wonder what is next in the WIP Box!

Thanks for taking a peek at my stitching
see ya next week with another faithful update!

Awesome progress Faith. It looks great. Thank you for all of the nice comments you always leave me. They are greatly appreciated. No NINJA turtles on any of my projects.

Wonderful stitching Faith. That is such a cute stitch too. It sure is hot in Arizona!!! It has been near 100 here and very, very muggy too...horrible! Have a great week. RJ

Flipping heck, I had to convert the Fahrenheit in degrees, as had no idea..... Rather too hot for me! I am complaining with a measly 28 degrees!!
Great stitching on the banner. It really is a great Halloween design.

Great progress! And great restraint to put it away for something else when you are so close to finishing! We have headed to the coast to see family, so are escaping our 'heatwave' but it's not too bad overall x

Icky no way. We have heat index that high sometimes but I couldn't have it that way very often. I was dying in the low 90's we had this weekend. Our problem is we always have high humidity too which just makes it HORRIBLE. I can't wait till Fall. Beautiful stitching. Can't wait to see what's next.

They should have a picture of a skull and crossbones! We're getting more than our share of rain, but I'll take it.
Ooh, Scary Night is looking fantastic, one more to go!

To hot, Faith!! I also need to convert the Fahrenheit(°F)to Celsius (°C), last Saturday we got a little more because of the heatwave... not fun...

Your progress is lovely, it is a great piece! I also love the fabric! Next time is a finish!! :)

Oh, my! That IS hot!! We have been hot here, but nowhere near that hot. Our problem is the humidity which I would gladly trade for dry heat :)

Your Halloween stitching is so cute and it looks like a fun piece to work on :)

Great progress but I can't believe you put it away when so close to a finish! At least I know it will come out again soon (we might be be having Happy Halloween Dances together!) :)

We are freezing down under! I hope it cools down for you soon. I'm not sure if you enjoy the heat but I'm not a fan unless I'm on a beach or somewhere cool.
Sad to say goodbye to the Halloween banner, I'm really enjoying seeing your progress. But you gotta do what you love. Looking forward to your next adventure in stitching

We also were having a heat wave in some parts of Europe. I am so glad that I live in the mountains but up here it was also extremely hot. So not what I like.
Great progress on your Halloween piece. But I can understand that you are ready for a change of projects. So let's see what you pulled out of your basket today.
