My Sunday Stitchy Update 12/27/20

 Hello Everyone!

I hope that you had the most wonderful Christmas this year and that Santa brought you just what you wanted. And now we can move forward to the New Year and hopefully it will a better year than our current one but still with plenty of stitching time for all!

This past week I worked frantically, staying up late to stitch in bed until I dozed off to finish the Snowman Bauble ornament for Christmas morning and I DID IT!! Finished it on the 23rd and FFO'd everything on the 24th. I was so happy.

Finished 12/23/20

Christmas Eve was finishing day!

and since I had the machine out I FFO'd this one too

So then I decided to stitch up my niece's ornament. At first it was a much bigger ornament but instead I (very smartly) picked a much smaller one. That way I can get it out in the mail and it won't be to to late since it should have been there before Christmas. This is a freebie from her Facebook page.

Finished 12/27/20

and he is ready for the mail!

To end 2020 here is my ORTament for this year.

If you don't have enough to stitch in 2021 and for those of you who do not follow Loretta at Stitching the Night Away she has published her list of Big List of Cross Stitch SALs to Join in 2021 that she has found in the XS community for you to see. Some are free, some cost something but I am sure they will all be fun and bound to keep you busy!

Thanks for taking a peek at my stitching!

I hope to see all of you next year
with another faithful update!

Your ornaments look super, I have my orts ornament to stitch but I might not get it done by 2021. Thank you for the link but I'm resisting a look as I have quite a lot of stitching planned already

It's nice to see all of the ornaments FFO'd and ready in time for Christmas. The moose is also really cute.

YAY! So glad you finished those cuties, Faith! That is a lot of stitching in each of those baubles, but you did it :) I think my favorite is the penguin because my sons are all big Pittsburgh Penguin hockey fanatics :)

Wishing you and your family all the best in the new year--and good riddance to 2020!

Well, congratulations on finishing your ornies with a few hours to spare, and for fitting in another gorgeous one before the end of the year too!
As for the SALs, I'm not going to be tempted by following your link, but look forward to seeing which one(s) you and others join in with throughout the year. :)

Awe, your trio is so adorable! A perfect finish in time for Christmas.
The moose is just darling, I'm sure your niece was happy to receive it.
I love your ORTament, I have one I still need to fill. You had a very productive year!
