This week I started on the Snowman 3D Ornament. I was having a hard time with it because they released it as a very small freebie chart! It makes it hard to see the squares and the symbols for the colors. I kept trying to enlarge the picture which only made it blurry. Then I decided to take photos with my phone of smaller sections of the chart and that worked! YAY I am still copying it over to a blank piece of paper though, so I don't have to strain to see what color I need next.

I put in 148 stitches this week.

At the Mall this week, I am stitching the 2024 Blackwork SAL. I hope to fill in the row I am working on and maybe start the one on top of this one. If not, I guess it will have to wait until next time so I can spin the wheel and pull something else out of the WIP Box.
So, believe it or not, I am out of words to say! LOL ~ that hardly ever happens. Maybe, I am just tired. The days of 100+ degrees makes me sleepy. But trust me, it is still better than the cold weather,

This week I added 301 stitches.
I think it is about halfway finished.
So that is it for the week, next week I plan on stitching the same two pieces; with hopes of getting in lots of Xs. This week I would also like to say THANK YOU, KAREN! (no blog). She sent me a few more of the 3D Christmas ornaments and some other charts that she had doubles of. I love them, the gnome and elf are adorable and I appreciate them!!

Don't you hate those tiny, hard-to-read charts, Faith? My grandson's birthsampler was like that--thought I would lose my mind :) Glad you figured out a good way to work through the problem, though! That's great that you can stitch at the mall--nice to see Peppermint Purple growing. Stay cool--this weather is too hot for anyone! ♥
