Good Morning Stitchers, I hope that if you are in the path of snowstorm that is hitting the States this weekend that you are keeping safe and warm inside your home.
In the meantime while I am waiting for my family and friends to check in from the East Coast, I have been stitching! I have been working hard on these two projects, trying to finally finish them, but no luck this week.
First off, I have continued my stitching on Contra. Boy, the designer really packed in the stitches on these trees! I felt like I was never going to get finished, but I think this week will be it for Contra!

I put in 434 stitches on Contra
I only have the area towards the bottom where the dark green stitches are to finish up by going all the way across. THANK GOODNESS! LOL
See ya next time!

I put 171 back stitches in this one this week.
Then I worked on the I Stitch Sampler at our cross stitch get together again this week. I was putting in the decorative stems from the flowers when I noticed I did not finish the border. I was suppose to connect each set of stitches to one another, so I am trying to do that as I work on the flowers.

I put 171 back stitches in this one this week.
On this one I need to add the stems, finish the border and do the backstitching. Sounds simple right? Unfortunately, the ones that sound simple never seem to be.
Thanks for stopping by everyone! Hope you enjoyed my update.
And remember, where ever you are
stay inside, stay safe and warm!
