My Sunday Stitchy Update 04/20/25

Good Grief; I almost forgot it was my day to blog! But that is just par for the week! I have been very unorganized and forgetful lately; I guess it just wasn't my week and the next one will be better!  So let me get through this post quickly so I can post it!
s
First up is the Quilt Sampler. I think I made some decent progress on it this week. I love how the floss is coming it on it also.

Loretta Oliver
Added 322 stitches this week

After that I worked one evening on the I Stitch Sampler. It seems like the smaller the area is the more stitches there are that go into it!

Rhona Norrie

Put in an additional 168 stitches

Then I took out the Shades of Gold which is one of my very favorites.

An additional 203 stitches

The Penguin is up next! He quit looking like a chicken now! And he is close to the being finished.

Put in an additional 100 stitches

I stitched this one this week but I am not happy with it. I am not sure if don't like it because of the fabric or the fractional stitches or a combination of both but I am going to have to think about for a bit.

Jeanette Crews Designs, Inc.

Added 90 stitches

Now instead of a quilt, this one looks like a checkerboard but I do guess that is what quilts look like, different patterns of squares!

Added 100 stitches

And now I started a new one. It was in my to do pile and I needed something with a mythical creature in it. I don't stitch fantasy designs like dragons and that kind of stuff so I dug this one out.

Gnome Place Like Home

I put in 156 stitches on this hat.

Well that is it for me this week.

Thank you so much for stopping by
and I hope you will return next week!

Very nice selection of wips, I think there are two or three that I've never seen before, I'll continue to follow your work.

Hope you had a nice Easter, Faith! No wonder you forgot about posting with it being Easter :) Lovely progress on your many WIPs. I hope you can make a decision on the Santa Fe piece--it really is so cute. I'm not a dragon or fairy stitcher either, but you came up with a great solution with the gnomes--such a cute design. Hope you're enjoying a lovely week! ♥
