Puzzle Day 01/24/19

I have two puzzles to share today since it seems that I forgot to post one of my favorites!

First up is my most recent finish. It is a very interesting design and so I googled his artwork. It seems as though he had a love for drawing wildlife with an emphasis on birds! His distinct way of portraying them is prominent in all his artwork.

Monteverde Cloud Forest Preserve, Costa Rica
Artist - Charley Harper
Piece Count - 1,000
(missing 2)
Size 20 x 29
Preowned Puzzle
First Piece 01/16/19
Last Piece 01/22/19

Now on to one of my favorite puzzles!! I love geometric shapes so this one really fits in with my likes!

Now to decide whether to keep it put together to display or to put it back in the box... decisions, decisions... It is still on the table under a poster board so I can continue to build more puzzles.

Size 26" Round
New Puzzle

Last Piece 01/13/19

Thanks for stopping by,
see ya next time I'm puzzled!

The first puzzle looks like it should be hanging in a modern art museum. Great color wheel puzzle. I still don't know how you do them so quickly!!

Both are very cool. Some of Charley Harper's artwork have been charted for cross stitch.

Love your puzzles Faith. You are so very good at putting them together. I would love to see you frame it. My Mom used to frame several of hers and they looked great. RJ

I don't normally comment on your puzzles but love the geometric one (which was a birthday present if I remember correctly?) It reminds me of Spirograph (did you have Spirograph in the US?) Now, if this were to be available as a cross stitch chart...! :)

Beautiful puzzles, Faith! Love the first one! Maybe you need to find a frame for Blazing with Color :)

Wow, you are fast on the puzzles! I like the Charlie Harper one, very striking! And it’s interesting that his pictures are in cross stitch!
The second definitely looks like a Spirograph picture.
